Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We have carefully selected our products for sale, however if your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily provide you with a full replacement. This doesn’t happen often, but accidents in transit do sometimes happen.

Please contact us within 48hrs via customer.service@dstill.com.au or call us on 1800 001 028 to speak to our friendly team.

In the event you have purchased the wrong product or are unhappy with your choice/s we offer a product exchange for the same value or a full refund.  However, all delivery fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  At D-Still we pride ourselves on delivering the lowest possible prices and therefore are unable to absorb delivery charges.
